I value my student's time, space, and commitment to being present. That being said, I adjust each class to the student's needs.

 

I like to focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance with a mixture of customized yoga asanas(posture), from basic asanas to advanced levels.

Why yoga?

Yoga means union. Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases

tension and promotes an abundance of health. An energizing yoga flow with

the power of breathing through the asanas will guide you through the transitions and help you find how the asanas best fit your body.

Regular yoga practice improves breathing, increases endurance, mobility, strength, and flexibility for other activities. Yoga also promotes mindfulness and clarity.
