Initial Consultation: Private Session

Service Description

Initial consultation is included during this session. The purpose is for us to get to know your wellness goals and yoga skill level that works best for you. For example, your location preference of indoor, outdoor, and a combination of both. Our goal together is to gain achievable wellness goals and have fun doing it! This will be followed by a yoga session based on your initial consultation.
